Geflow bitumen emulsion supplied as a viscous liquid for water proofing to substructure and super structure areas in buildings and civil engineering projects. The coating is dark brown in colour and dries to black flexible protective film.
The primer is produced on the base of bitumen dispersion in water; it does not contain solvents. The primer has a neutral smell, so it is perfectly suited for indoor works.

General waterproofing and damp proofing of concrete, brick walls/foundations, asbestos cement sheets, roofing felts, woods etc. Protection of steelwork, pipes and metal.
The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly of all contaminants like dust, traces of curing compound, oil and grease. Light mechanical grinding/grit blasting/high pressure water jet may be used to clean the surface of all the contaminants depending on the degree of contamination on the surface to be coated. All surface imperfections and protrusions shall be removed and repaired. Structurally unsound and friable concrete must be removed and repaired
It is highly recommended to apply a priming coat prior to the application of the NURPRIME WB on the substrate. The primer can be prepared in the site by diluting NURPRIME WB with 20% water and applying this diluted coat as the primer. The primer can be applied to damp or freshly cast concrete surfaces. For very dry and porous substrates apply two coats of this primer. However, it should not be applied on waterlogged or flowing water areas. Further coats shall be applied only after the primer coat dries off completely. In case of delay in application of the top coat for more than 24 hours, a fresh coat of primer shall be re-applied.
Apply the coating at a coverage rate of 0.5-1 Lt/ m2, depending on the dry film thickness required. 500 micron dry film thickness (DFT) can be achieved when applied at 0.94 Liter/m2/Coat.
Up to 6 months in tightly sealed, undamaged container. It should be stored indoors.
It is non-hazardous and non-flammable emulsion. Harmful if taken internally avoids contact skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, wash with copious amount of water and seek medical attention. Wear gloves and goggles.
Empty cans should be disposed as per the rules and regulations of the country where the material is used. And in NO case should empty cans be used for food stuffing.
Geflow prime is supplied in 20 litre pails and 200 litre drums.
Bituminous Protective Coatings are used to form a flexible and vapour proof protective coating, depending on the formulation and grade of polymerisation. With the grade of Polymer or Fibre Reinforcement used the grade of flexibility, behaviour against water and vapour transmission, etc. can be influenced. Typical application areas are under screed wet-are waterproofing, protective coating on concrete foundations, etc.
