Liquid Paraffin

Paraffin is a flammable hydrocarbon liquid and is used as a fuel in different industries. It is also called liquid paraffin, paraffin oil, or kerosene and boils at 300-530 degrees Fahrenheit. Compared to gasoline, paraffin is less volatile. It may be made from wood, oil shale, and coal, although it is most commonly made via petroleum distillation. When paraffin is in a solid form, it is called paraffin wax, and when it is in a liquid form, it is called paraffin oil.
